Montpellier 4ft 6 Bed frame in Black

Bold black framing paired with warm natural rattan gives the Montpellier bed frame a distinctive contrast that feels both classic and contemporary. The curved silhouette and flowing French-inspired lines bring softness to the darker finish, while the woven cane headboard introduces texture and a lighter visual touch that prevents the design from feeling heavy.

Its gently shaped headboard creates an elegant focal point within the bedroom, particularly when paired with layered neutral bedding, antique brass lighting or soft natural fabrics. The black finish gives the frame a more refined and tailored appearance than lighter painted alternatives, making it especially effective in interiors with warmer woods, deep accent tones or heritage-inspired styling.

The rattan detailing also helps introduce a more relaxed character to the overall design. This balance between decorative shaping and natural texture allows the bed to work equally well in traditional bedrooms and more modern country-inspired spaces.

Curved legs and shaped lower rails continue the flowing Montpellier styling throughout the frame, giving the bed a cohesive furniture-led feel from every angle rather than relying solely on the headboard for impact.
