Shipping policy
We aim to make furniture delivery as straightforward and dependable as possible across mainland UK. Whether you are ordering a smaller parcel, a larger furniture item, or choosing our White Glove Delivery service, this page explains delivery charges, lead times, postcode exclusions and what to expect when your order is on its way.
For in-stock online orders over £299.99, standard mainland UK delivery is free. Orders are usually dispatched within 10 working days, although some specialist deliveries, remote locations or courier route limitations may occasionally mean delivery takes a little longer. If that happens, we will keep you informed.
UK Mainland Delivery
Our standard delivery service is available across mainland UK, with different delivery methods depending on the size and type of item ordered.
Smaller items are usually sent by parcel courier, while larger items may be delivered by a Luton van courier or arranged through our White Glove Delivery service if selected at checkout and available in your area.
Pre-order and Mixed Orders
Products marked pre-order show an estimated arrival date into our warehouse. Placing a pre-order reserves stock from the next incoming delivery.
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we will usually deliver everything together once all items are ready. If you need part of the order sooner, you can place separate orders or contact us before ordering to discuss split delivery options and any additional charges.
Delivery Charges
For online orders over £299.99, standard delivery to mainland UK is free.
For orders under £299.99, delivery is calculated automatically at checkout based on size, weight and handling:
- £9.95 for small parcel deliveries to mainland UK
- £24.95 for bulky deliveries to mainland UK
Some postcode areas are excluded from standard free delivery and are charged at £60.00 instead.
Delivery Areas and Exclusions
The following postcode districts are excluded from free standard delivery and White Glove Delivery:
If your address falls within one of these postcode areas, please contact us before selecting White Glove Delivery, even if the option appears at checkout.
We are also unable to deliver to the Channel Islands, Ireland or Northern Ireland at this time.
Kerbside Delivery
Our standard free delivery service is kerbside only. This means you will be responsible for moving items onto your property and disposing of packaging.
If you need extra help getting furniture into your home or garden, please contact us before ordering to discuss alternative delivery services, including White Glove Delivery where available.
Depending on your order, standard delivery may be carried out by:

Luton van courier
One or two-person delivery team. You will usually receive a 3 to 4 hour delivery window in advance, and the driver will usually call around 30 minutes before arrival. -
Small parcel courier, usually DPD
You will receive delivery updates by text, including a delivery day and time window. In most cases, DPD will provide a 1-hour slot.
White Glove Delivery and Assembly
Our White Glove Delivery service is available as an optional upgrade for £99.99.
This service includes:
- Delivery to your address
- Placement in a room of your choice
- Assembly where required
- Removal of packaging
White Glove Delivery is ideal if you would prefer a more complete furniture delivery and assembly service, with less lifting, less mess and less disruption at home.
Most standard items need only light assembly, and tools and instructions are usually provided. If you are unsure about assembly, White Glove may be the better option.
Delivery Times and Delivery Slots
For in-stock items, we aim to deliver within 10 working days. Delivery times can vary depending on stock position, courier route planning, delivery method and location.
For White Glove Delivery, we aim to deliver within 10 working days of the item being in stock, although exact timing depends on courier routing.
If your suggested slot does not work for you:
- Small parcel deliveries can usually be rearranged directly with the courier using your consignment details
- Luton van deliveries can usually be adjusted by replying to the text or email sent by the courier
- White Glove deliveries are scheduled with our delivery team and may take a little longer if alternative dates are needed
On the day of delivery, please make sure there is clear access and enough space for safe unloading and assembly.
Failed Deliveries and Cancellations
Please ensure someone is available at the property during the agreed delivery window and that access is suitable for the items being delivered.
A delivery may be classed as failed if:
- Items cannot enter the property because of limited access
- No one is available at the property during the confirmed slot
- A confirmed delivery is cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice
If a delivery fails, a redelivery charge may apply. In some cases, items may need to be collected from our warehouse once returned.
Orders Placed Using Finance
Orders paid for using finance cannot be delivered until 14 days after purchase.

Where White Glove Delivery is selected, packaging is removed responsibly wherever possible as part of the service. We continue to support more responsible delivery and packaging practices as part of our wider retail approach.

Can your team remove old furniture?
No. Our couriers are not insured to move or remove existing furniture. If you need items collected, we recommend contacting local charities, many offer free collection for good causes.
