Spread the cost of your furniture purchase with Klarna at Shackletons. Eligible customers can apply online at checkout and choose a finance option suited to the order value and repayment term.
Paying For Furniture With More Flexibility
Furniture is often a considered purchase, and finance can offer a simpler way to manage the cost. Through Klarna via Shopify Payments, eligible customers can apply securely online and complete the process during checkout.
The application is quick, and in most cases a decision is made straight away. If approved, your agreement can be reviewed and signed online before your order moves forward.
Who Can Apply
To apply for finance, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Be a permanent UK resident
- Hold a UK bank account and debit card
- Have a good credit history
Ways To Spread The Cost
Klarna offers two ways to spread the cost of an order.
Interest free instalments
A shorter term option that allows the balance to be split into equal payments without added interest.
Interest bearing finance
A longer term option for larger purchases, with repayments spread over an extended period.
Finance is available on orders over £500.
How It Works
Applying for finance is straightforward.
- Add your chosen items to your basket
- Go to checkout and select Klarna via Shopify Payments
- Complete the online application
- If approved, review and sign your agreement online
Any required deposit will be taken before your order is processed for delivery.
Repayments
Your first payment is usually collected by direct debit around 30 days after delivery. Payments will appear on your statement under Klarna.
Repayments can be made in full or in part at any time without penalty.
Cooling Off Period
Klarna offers a 14 day cooling off period from the date your finance agreement is signed. This is separate from the standard Shackletons returns policy.
If you decide to cancel your finance agreement, Klarna must be contacted directly.

Finance is provided by Klarna Bank AB publ. Shackletons Garden Centre Limited does not receive a commission for introducing customers to Klarna.
