What materials are your outdoor furniture made from?

Our outdoor furniture is crafted from durable, weather-resistant materials such as rattan, aluminium, powder-coated metal, and high-quality fabrics. These are chosen for their strength, comfort, and ability to withstand everyday outdoor use.

Is the furniture weatherproof?

Yes, our collections are designed to handle changing weather conditions. Cushions are shower-resistant, and frames are made from materials that won’t easily rust or fade. For best results, we recommend storing cushions indoors during heavy rain and using protective covers when the furniture is not in use.

Do I need to assemble the furniture myself?

Most of our outdoor furniture arrives with minimal assembly required. Clear instructions are included, and if you prefer, our White Glove Delivery Service can assemble everything for you and take away the packaging.

How do I care for and clean my outdoor furniture?

Regular cleaning helps keep your furniture looking its best. Wipe down frames with a damp cloth and mild soap, and brush away any dirt or debris. Cushions with removable covers can often be spot-cleaned or washed as directed on the care label.

Can I leave the cushions outside all year round?

While our cushions are designed to be weather-resistant, we recommend storing them indoors or in a dry, ventilated storage box when not in use for long periods. This helps extend their life and keeps them looking fresh.

Do you offer different sizes and layouts?

Yes, our outdoor furniture collections are available in a variety of sizes and configurations, from compact sets for smaller gardens to larger layouts designed for entertaining. This makes it easy to find something that suits your space.

Do you have furniture suitable for smaller gardens or balconies?

Absolutely. We stock a wide range of versatile sets designed for more compact spaces, including bistro sets and corner seating that makes the most of limited areas.

Can I track my order?

We will contact you to keep you updated on the progress of your order via email or telephone but please don’t hesitate to contact our delivery team on 01200 441230 for an update at any time

Can I choose the time of delivery?

Our Pallet delivery couriers only offer full day delivery slots (9am-6pm) unless otherwise specified by us and we typically offer a 4 hour window for our white glove delivery service. With the white glove service, we will call you on the day half an hour before we arrive to confirm our exact time of arrival. with the white glove service, we will always contact you in advance to organise your delivery slot and we will not show up unannounced without booking in with you first.

How long does delivery take after placing my order?

We aim to deliver all our in-stock items within 10 working days and a member of our delivery team will contact you to let you know the expected delivery date. please be aware that all furniture ordered via the finance method cannot be delivered for 14 days, please call us on 01200 441230 for more information.

Do you deliver at weekends?

Our free delivery service does not include weekend deliveries but we are able to upgrade the service for you, please contact us on 01200 441230 and we can retrieve a quote for you.

The white glove courier service is unavailable for weekend deliveries as the couriers only operate Monday-Friday and we are unable to quote for weekend deliveries using this method.
