Is delivery free on Black Friday furniture orders?
Standard mainland UK delivery is free on online orders over £299.99, with postcode exclusions. Charges and available services depend on your address and order. Standard delivery is kerbside; eligible orders can have White Glove Delivery and assembly added as an optional upgrade. See our Delivery Policy for full details.
How soon will my Black Friday order arrive?
For in-stock items, we aim to deliver within 10 working days, depending on the product, delivery service, location and courier route. Pre-order items have their own estimated arrival dates. Finance orders cannot be delivered until 14 days after purchase. Check the product information and Delivery Policy, and contact us before ordering if you need delivery by a particular date.
Can I return furniture bought in the Black Friday sale?
Our returns policy applies to Black Friday purchases. For standard stock items ordered online or by phone, you usually have 14 days after receiving the goods to notify us in writing that you wish to cancel, followed by a further 14 days to return them. Return costs for unwanted items are your responsibility. Bespoke and made-to-order items may be excluded from standard cancellation rights. Read our Returns Policy for the full terms.
Can I spread the cost of my Black Friday furniture purchase?
Eligible customers can apply for Klarna finance at checkout. Available options depend on the order and approval, and finance is subject to status and terms and conditions. Review the options shown at checkout and our Finance Options page before applying.
Can I request a price match during Black Friday?
Contact our team to ask about an identical product offered by an eligible UK retailer. Each request is reviewed against our terms, including the product specification, delivery costs and buying conditions.
