At The Helm FAQs

What materials are used in the Lumina collection?

The main Lumina oak collection uses solid and veneered American oak, with natural travertine or marble on selected pieces. Lumina Stack uses ash or dark ash and selected sintered-stone surfaces. Materials differ between designs, so check the individual product page rather than assuming every Lumina piece has the same construction.

What is the difference between Lumina and Lumina Stack?

Lumina includes oak storage, dining and occasional furniture together with selected natural-stone designs. Lumina Stack is a group of coordinating high and low tables in ash, dark ash and gold or grey sintered stone. Each Stack table is listed individually, allowing you to choose the combination that suits your space.

Are the high and low Lumina tables sold together?

The high and low Lumina and Lumina Stack tables have individual product listings and prices. Unless a listing expressly states that it is a set, it is for one table. Compare the measurements and finishes if you would like to use two pieces together.

Will a Lumina marble or travertine top match the photographs?

The photographs illustrate the design and material, but natural stone is individual. Marble and travertine can vary in colour, veining and pattern, so each top will have its own appearance. Natural variation is part of the character of these pieces.

How do I choose a Lumina dining or occasional table?

Start with the space available and the furniture around it. For a dining table, allow room for chairs and movement; for an occasional table, check its height against your seating. Our team can help you compare the individual measurements and confirm current availability and delivery before you order.
