No delivery service is available for any auction purchases. By placing a bid, you acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for collecting your items from the above address.

Collection Times

Collections are available:Monday to Friday9:00am – 4:30pm.

Collections are not available on weekends or bank holidays unless agreed in advance.

Booking Your Collection

To ensure your order is ready for collection, please provide at least 24 hours' notice before you intend to collect your items.

Once your auction purchase has been paid for, please contact us to arrange a suitable collection date and time.

Sold as Seen

All auction items are sold as seen and are offered without any warranty, guarantee or after-sales support unless explicitly stated otherwise. Where we are aware of obvious defects or damage, these will be detailed within the auction listing. However, due to the nature of auction sales, items may show signs of use, wear or cosmetic imperfections. We strongly recommend that all buyers carefully inspect their purchase in full before leaving our warehouse.

If you have any concerns about the condition of an item, these should be raised with a member of our team prior to taking the item away.

No Returns or Refunds

Once an item has been inspected, collected and has left our warehouse, the sale is final. We do not accept returns, offer exchanges or provide refunds on auction purchases unless required by applicable consumer law.

By collecting your item, you confirm that you are satisfied with its condition and that it matches your expectations based on the auction description and your own inspection.

Loading & Transportation

Please ensure you bring a suitable vehicle and, where necessary, sufficient assistance to safely load your purchases. Some furniture is heavy and may require two or more people to lift. While our team may assist where possible, the loading and transportation of purchased items remains the responsibility of the buyer.

Acceptance of These Terms

By placing a bid in the Shackletons Auction, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms, including that:

• All auction purchases are collection only from Unit 15 Deanfield Way, Clitheroe, BB7 1QU.
• No delivery option is available.
• Collections are by appointment with a minimum of 24 hours' notice, Monday to Friday between 9:00am and 4:30pm.
• All items ares old as seen with no warranty or guarantee.
• Buyers are responsible for inspecting items before collection.
• Once an item has been collected and leaves our warehouse, no returns, refunds or exchanges will be accepted.
