Product Information
Description
This Gallery Garden Ascot Lounger is designed as a dedicated relaxation piece rather than an occasional garden chair. The woven wicker-style frame gives it texture and softness, while the light grey finish keeps the overall look fresh and easy to coordinate with other outdoor furniture.
The generous cushioned seat and supportive back create a comfortable place to read, rest or enjoy warmer days outside. Its raised frame gives the lounger a lighter profile, helping it sit neatly on decking, stone patios or lawn-edge seating areas. The cushions are shower resistant rather than waterproof, so they should be brought indoors or stored dry during rain, damp weather and longer periods out of use.

FAQ's
Is the Ascot Lounger suitable for everyday garden use?
Yes, it is well suited to regular use in a garden, patio or terrace setting. The wicker-style frame gives it outdoor practicality, while the cushioned seat makes it more comfortable for longer periods of lounging.
Can the cushions be left outside in British rain?
No. The cushions are shower resistant, not waterproof, so they should not be left out in rain or wet conditions. Store them indoors or in a dry cushion box when not in use.
Does the sea salt grey finish work with other garden furniture?
Yes, the soft grey tone is easy to pair with neutral wicker, stone, timber, black metal and pale outdoor fabrics. It works especially well in contemporary gardens where you want a lighter, calmer look.
Is this lounger better for sitting upright or lying back?
It is designed for relaxed reclining rather than formal seating. The long frame and cushioned support make it more suited to reading, sun lounging or resting outdoors.
Would this suit a smaller patio?
It can work on a smaller patio if there is enough clear length for the full lounger. It is best positioned along a wall, beside planting or in a quieter corner where it will not interrupt the flow through the space.
How should the wicker frame be maintained?
Wipe the frame with a soft cloth and mild soapy water when needed. Avoid abrasive cleaners, and use a breathable furniture cover during long wet spells or winter storage.
Can this be used with the wider Ascot collection?
Yes, the finish and style coordinate naturally with other Ascot garden pieces. It can be used as a standalone lounging seat or added to an existing seating area for extra comfort.
What should I do with it over winter?
Keep the cushions dry indoors and cover or store the frame where possible. This helps protect the finish from prolonged damp, frost and debris during the colder months.
