Product Information
Description
The Cooper Dining Chairs combine tailored upholstery with a slimmer metal frame, creating a dining chair that feels modern without becoming cold or overly minimal. The mottled grey faux leather finish softens the overall look, adding tonal variation and texture that works naturally alongside wood, stone and darker painted furniture.
Vertical stitched detailing across the backrest gives the design a more structured appearance than plain upholstered seating, while still keeping the profile streamlined and contemporary. The black powder coated sled-style legs create a lighter visual footprint beneath the table, helping the chairs feel open and uncluttered within the room.
Their slightly reclined back and generously proportioned seat also make them practical for longer meals and relaxed evening dining, balancing comfort with a cleaner architectural shape that suits both modern and industrial-inspired interiors.

FAQ's
What style of dining room do the Cooper chairs suit best?
The Cooper chairs work particularly well in contemporary dining spaces, industrial-inspired interiors and modern kitchen diners. The combination of grey upholstery and black metal legs pairs naturally with oak, walnut and darker wood dining tables.
Does the grey upholstery have a flat finish?
No, the faux leather has a mottled appearance that gives the surface more depth and variation than a plain solid grey finish. This helps the chairs feel warmer and less stark within the room.
What gives these dining chairs their more modern look?
The slim sled-style metal frame, stitched vertical back detailing and uncluttered silhouette create a cleaner, more contemporary appearance than heavily padded or traditionally shaped dining chairs.
Are the Cooper chairs comfortable enough for longer meals?
The upholstered seat and gently reclined backrest give the chairs a more relaxed feel than rigid dining seating, making them well suited to everyday dining and extended evening use.
Do the black metal legs make the chairs feel bulky?
No, the slimmer metal frame keeps the chairs visually lighter beneath the dining table. This makes them particularly effective in open-plan spaces or smaller dining areas where bulkier seating can feel heavy.
What types of dining tables pair best with the Cooper chairs?
These chairs sit particularly well with contemporary wood dining tables, black metal frame tables and industrial-style designs. The softer grey upholstery also helps balance darker or more angular table finishes.
How do the Cooper chairs differ from more decorative dining chair styles?
The Cooper design focuses on cleaner lines and restrained detailing rather than buttoning or heavily padded upholstery. The result feels more contemporary, streamlined and adaptable across different interior styles.
