Shackletons Redbrick Mill offers step free access, with lifts providing access across all three floors of the Redbrick complex.

Parking at Fox Valley

Fox Valley has a large customer car park with accessible parking spaces available around the centre.

The current parking policy provides up to two hours free parking. Visitors can pay £3.50 to stay for up to four hours or £7.50 for the full day. Customers spending at least £5 in Shackleton’s Café can currently validate their parking for a total stay of up to four hours free. Parking conditions apply every day between 7:00am and 6:00pm.

Accessibility

Shackletons Fox Valley offers step free access throughout the store, with a lift providing access to the first floor.

Wheelchairs are available for customers to use. Ask at the till and a member of the team will assist you, or contact the store before visiting to arrange for a wheelchair to be ready at the entrance.

Fox Valley also provides accessible parking, accessible toilets, a wheelchair and two electric mobility scooters for customers to hire free of charge.
