Yes. There is a large free customer car park at the Chatburn store.
Is the store wheelchair accessible?
Yes. The store and Coffee House have step free access throughout most areas, and four wheelchairs are available for customers to use.
Are dogs allowed inside Shackletons Chatburn?
Dogs are not permitted inside the store because of chemicals used within the plant area and floor cleaning products used throughout the building. Guide dogs and registered assistance dogs are welcome.
Dogs may sit with their owners in the outdoor seating area at the front of the Coffee House.
Can I book a table at the Pavilion Coffee House?
Tables are currently available on a walk in basis only. At busy times, there may be a short wait and tables are offered on a first come, first served basis.
