General Questions
Do you offer finance on furniture purchases?
Yes, we offer finance on both indoor and garden furniture. Options include 0% finance for up to 12 months and interest bearing finance for up to 48 months. A zero deposit option is also available, meaning no upfront payment is required. Finance can be applied for online or in store.
Can I buy gift vouchers for Shackletons?
Yes, Shackletons gift vouchers are available to purchase in store. They can be used in the main shop but are not valid in the coffee house.
Which Shackletons locations can I visit?
Shackletons has showroom locations at Chatburn, Fox Valley and Redbrick Mill, where you can view a range of indoor and outdoor furniture collections.

Are dogs allowed at Shackletons Chatburn?
Unfortunately, we are not dog friendly and cannot allow dogs inside the premises due to the chemicals used in the plant area and the floor cleaning products used inside the building. What are Shackletons Chatburn opening hours?
Our opening hours are Monday to Saturday, 9:00am – 5:00pm, and Sunday, 10:00am – 4:30pm. Please note that opening hours may occasionally vary during holidays.
Is parking available at Shackletons Chatburn?
Yes, we have a large car park with plenty of free parking available for customers visiting the garden centre and coffee house, making it easy to stop by and enjoy a visit.
Is Shackletons Chatburn wheelchair accessible?
Yes, our garden centre and coffee house are wheelchair accessible, with step-free access throughout most areas. We also provide four wheelchairs for customers to use free of charge, with two available at each entrance if needed.
Do I need to book a table at the Shackletons Chatburn coffee house?
Tables are available on a walk-in basis and reservations are not available. At peak times there may be a short wait, with seating offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Yes, Fox Valley has a large car park with free parking available for up to 4 hours. Parking is charged at £7.50 for the full day after this period.
Is Shackletons Fox Valley wheelchair accessible?
Yes, Shackletons Fox Valley is wheelchair accessible with step free access throughout the store and a lift to the first floor. Wheelchairs are also available for customers to use. Simply ask at the till point and a member of the team will bring one out. If you call ahead, we can also have a wheelchair ready for you at the door.
Do I need to book a table at the Shackletons Fox Valley coffee house?
Table bookings are available, with a £5.00 deposit per person required when making a reservation. This will be deducted from your bill when you visit. Walk in tables may also be available, although at busy times there may be a short wait.

Delivery Questions
Can I track my order?
We will keep you updated on the progress of your order by email or telephone. If you would like an update at any stage, you can also contact our delivery team on 01200 441230.
Can I choose the time of delivery?
Pallet deliveries usually operate with a full day delivery slot, typically between 9am and 6pm. Our White Glove Delivery Service usually offers a narrower delivery window, and the team will contact you in advance to arrange delivery and confirm the details.
How long does delivery take after placing my order?
We aim to deliver in stock items within 10 working days. A member of our delivery team will contact you with the expected delivery date. Please note that furniture ordered through finance cannot be delivered for 14 days. For more information, please call 01200 441230.
Do you deliver at weekends?
Our standard free delivery service does not include weekend delivery. In some cases, an upgraded delivery service may be available for an additional charge. Please contact us on 01200 441230 and we can advise on the available options. White Glove deliveries are not available at weekends.
Will the delivery team take away packaging?
Our White Glove delivery service includes placing furniture in your room of choice, assembling items if required and removing packaging.
Indoor Furniture Questions
How do I care for my indoor furniture?
Care instructions can vary depending on the material and finish of your furniture. For detailed guidance, please visit our Care and Maintenance Guides page where you can find helpful advice on looking after your furniture.
Is Shackletons indoor furniture delivered assembled?
This depends on the product. Most furniture is delivered boxed or packaged and may require assembly. We also offer a White Glove delivery service where our team can assemble the furniture, place it in your room of choice and remove all packaging.
Can I see the indoor furniture in store before purchasing?
Yes, many of our indoor furniture collections are available to view in our showrooms across our Shackletons locations. As not all items available online are displayed in store, we recommend contacting your nearest store to check availability before visiting.
Outdoor Furniture Questions
Is the furniture weatherproof?
Many of our outdoor furniture collections are made for year round outdoor use, with durable frames and weather resistant materials. Cushions are usually shower resistant rather than fully waterproof, so we recommend storing them indoors during heavy rain and using protective covers when the furniture is not in use.
What materials are your outdoor furniture made from?
Do I need to assemble the furniture myself?
Most outdoor furniture arrives with minimal assembly required. Instructions are included, and selected items can also be assembled through our White Glove Delivery Service.
How do I care for and clean my outdoor furniture?
Regular cleaning helps keep outdoor furniture in good condition. Frames can usually be cleaned with a soft cloth, warm water and mild soap, while cushions should be cleaned in line with their care label. We also recommend brushing away dirt and debris on a regular basis.
Can I leave the cushions outside all year round?
Although many outdoor cushions are made from weather resistant fabrics, they are best stored indoors or in a dry storage box when not in use for extended periods. This helps preserve both their appearance and condition.
Do you offer different sizes and layouts?
Yes, many of our outdoor furniture ranges are available in different sizes and layouts, from compact bistro sets to larger dining and lounge arrangements. The options available will vary by collection.
