At Shackletons, we work hard to offer fair prices across our furniture and home collections. If you find the same item elsewhere for less, we will be happy to review it and, where it meets our terms, match the price.
Fair Pricing With Clear Terms
Our Price Match Promise is there to give added confidence when choosing Shackletons. If you have seen the same item offered at a lower price by another eligible UK retailer, our team can review the details and confirm whether a match can be made.
To keep the process fair and consistent, the item, price and buying terms must be directly comparable. The conditions below set out when a price match can be considered.
Price Match Conditions
For a price match to apply, the following conditions must be met.
- The product must be available to order and pay for on the same day, with the same lead time
- The item must be identical in every way, including brand, size and finish, and must be brand new
- Ex display items are excluded
- In store only offers and prices linked to membership, loyalty or reward schemes are excluded
- The competitor price must include delivery costs and, where relevant, assembly charges
- The competitor must be UK based, registered, and selling directly through an authorised distribution channel
- Marketplace and auction sellers are excluded
- Promotional discounts, voucher codes and other offers cannot be used alongside a price match
- Introductory and first time buyer offers are excluded
- Clearance and closing down sale prices are excluded
- Prices will only be matched once the competitor has been verified as a legitimate trader
- Payment terms must be like for like
- Gallery Direct products are excluded
