Shackletons worked closely with Gallery Direct to develop the Fox Valley concept store, creating a fresh and design led showroom experience. Selected Gallery Direct furniture is available to view in store, allowing you to see the quality, finishes and details in person before ordering.

Take a Break During Your Visit

Make more of your visit with a stop at the first floor café, which overlooks the main showroom.

It is the perfect place to pause for a drink or something to eat before continuing to explore the furniture and interiors throughout the store. The Shackletons website currently states that café tables may be booked with a £5 deposit per person, which is deducted from the bill when you visit. Walk in tables may also be available.

Parking at Fox Valley

Fox Valley has a large customer car park with accessible parking spaces available around the centre.

The current parking policy provides up to two hours free parking. Visitors can pay £3.50 to stay for up to four hours or £7.50 for the full day. Customers spending at least £5 in Shackleton’s Café can currently validate their parking for a total stay of up to four hours free. Parking conditions apply every day between 7:00am and 6:00pm.

Accessibility

Shackletons Fox Valley offers step free access throughout the store, with a lift providing access to the first floor.

Wheelchairs are available for customers to use. Ask at the till and a member of the team will assist you, or contact the store before visiting to arrange for a wheelchair to be ready at the entrance.

Fox Valley also provides accessible parking, accessible toilets, a wheelchair and two electric mobility scooters for customers to hire free of charge.
