What you need to know.

Our Keep Gardening Local Home Delivery Service is only available within BB7 post code district.

Delivery of garden essentials via this service is free to all addresses which have a BB7 outward post code, on orders over £50.

Please note that the delivery service is a kerbside, driveway or doorstep drop-off only.

Our delivery team will follow Government guidelines, maintaining the mandatory 2m social distancing policy, and for this reason, they are not able to carry or transport your items to other areas of your home, other than as described above.

Your order will be picked and checked, and then photographed prior to delivery, and re-photographed in-situ once delivery has taken place.

Delivery will take up to three days from receipt of your order. We will contact you by phone to arrange convenient time-slot for delivery.

Cancellation before purchase is despatched

Once you have finalised your purchase, should you decide to cancel your order, please call us on 01200 441230. If you cancel your purchase before it is despatched, you will receive a full refund.

This can be done any time from your order being placed to our follow-up call to arrange delivery.

Cancellation after item is despatched

If you want to return your order after it has been despatched, you can return it to us in ‘as sold’ condition within 14 days of delivery to you, and we will issue a refund for its total value.

If you want to return the order to us, you must send it back to us at our contact address at your own cost and risk. We will not be able to issue refunds for items we do not receive.

You have 14 days to cancel any order that you have taken delivery of, but current restrictions caused by Covid-19, may mean that your refund cannot be completed as quickly as would normally be the case.

Damages/faulty items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us by e-mailing or call us on 01200 441230.

Faulty/damaged items must be notified to us within 24 hours of your order being delivered.

Goods not as described

If, when you receive your order, the items are not how they were described on the website, please email us or call one of the team on 01200 441230 and we will investigate promptly.

Our Cancellation & Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights.
